Welcome to Cactus Rose Collision & Glass. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Cactus Rose Collision & Glass (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional automotive collision repair, paint, and glass replacement services in Arizona. These Terms govern the use of our website and any services provided by our shop, whether through online communication, in-person visits, or phone correspondence.

2. Estimates and Repair Authorization

All estimates provided by Cactus Rose Collision & Glass are based on visible damage at the time of inspection. Additional damage discovered during teardown or repair may require supplemental charges or updated estimates.

Customers will be notified before any additional work or cost is authorized.

3. Payments

Payment is due in full upon completion of repairs unless prior arrangements have been made.

We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.

Personal or business checks are not accepted.

Customers are responsible for any deductible amounts, out-of-pocket expenses, or costs not covered by insurance.

4. Insurance Claims

If your repair involves an insurance claim, Cactus Rose Collision & Glass will work directly with your insurance company to process the repair. However, the customer remains responsible for ensuring all claim information is accurate and that payment is received.

We are not responsible for delays or denials by the insurer.

5. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship.

•Lifetime Warranty on Paint and Labor: Covers defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle.

•Parts Warranty: Limited to the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.

This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, accidents, environmental exposure, or any subsequent repairs performed by another facility.

6. Vehicle Storage & Abandonment

Vehicles left more than 5 business days after repair completion may be subject to daily storage fees. Vehicles left unclaimed for 30 days may be considered abandoned and handled in accordance with Arizona law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cactus Rose Collision & Glass is not responsible for delays caused by parts availability, shipping, insurance approvals, or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property left inside vehicles.

8. Updates and Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms, pricing, or policies at any time without prior notice.

Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected (such as name, contact details, or vehicle information) is used only for scheduling, billing, or communication related to your repair or insurance claim.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties unrelated to your service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes related to them are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any legal action must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction within Maricopa County, Arizona.
